Who Is Matt Turner?

Bulletproof Foundations is a one-off challenge hosted by my business – PrehabPro. We offer a hybrid combination of Sports therapy and Personal Training to get people moving freely and enjoying training as part of an active lifestyle. I set up Prehab Pro after I struggled to recover from two large operations. No-one was offering what so many people need when they are weak or imbalanced after injury or surgery. So – I started offering it!

My love for fitness started at a young age. I was involved in loads of sports, and then focused on rugby. I left school at 16 and played professional rugby for two years, learning from the best. But I got injured and needed two serious surgeries, with six months’ recovery and extensive reconstructive surgery to both my shoulder and my knee.

This showed me how important the rehabilitation process is if you want to come back better than before. I wanted to get back to what I loved – training, sport, being active. Prehab Pro was developed to offer people a joined-up approach to strength, rehab, training, and injury prevention.

How much does it cost?
Bulletproof Foundations is £49.99 for everything: 4 x training sessions, 4 x mobility sessions, nutrition and recipe downloads, live Q&As with Matt, and the group.
Can it be done at home?
Yes – this is designed to see you through the rest of lockdown in England.
When does it start?
We start on 22nd March, which will take you right up to 18th April when gyms reopen in England.
Do I need equipment?
No, but it’s OK if you have some workout equipment or even a home/garage gym. There are 3 options of workouts – no equipment, limited equipment, and equipment. You can choose when you sign up.
I’m feeling out of shape, is that OK?
Absolutely fine – the workouts and mobility sessions will help you start feeling better quickly, and the diet advice will help you lose a few lbs. Go at your own pace
I’ve been training all through lockdown, how can you help me?
If you’ve been staying active, you will be fitter but will probably have some aches and pains from over-reliance on some exercises. The mobility work will help you get out of pain. And you can push as hard as you want on the conditioning sessions.
Is the nutrition advice suitable for vegans?
Yes – the nutrition PDFs give general advice to help you work out your calories and manage your diet so you start losing unwanted body fat. You can personalise it to your needs.
Do I get direct access to Matt or is it all pre-recorded?
The sessions are live, but you can do them at a time to suit you. Matt will also be in the group to deliver a weekly live Q&A (which will remain in the group for you to watch back).
How long are the training sessions?
The conditioning training sessions are around 45 minutes, and the mobility sessions are around 10 minutes. 
What do I get in the online group?
Matt will be in there to deliver a weekly live Q&A which you can watch back as often as you want. There will be plenty of chat and support from other people on the same journey as you – putting lockdown behind them and getting ready for the gym!
Do I need to download anything?
You’ll need to use the TruCoach app and have access to Facebook (for the private group) and email (for our communications).
What happens if I don’t like it?
If you feel the challenge or our content isn’t what you expected, email Matt at fixme@prehabpro.co.uk and he will refund you in full.
